PUMPKIN PATCH

 

Mom did an amazing job planning the Pumpkin Patch appreciation party for her boss' clients. The party was a hoot and there was more people that attended than planned. My mom works so hard at everything she does. She is so selfless and I am so lucky that I get to call her my mama.

MEMORIAL DAY LUNCH

 On Memorial Day my sweet mama took Davis and I to lunch! I always love spending time with my mom and Davis! We always have a good time.

This post is dedicated to my mother, Shelle. 

Since her birthday was on Tuesday and Mother's Day is on Sunday, I decided to give her an early Mother's Day and late birthday shout out.

My mom is seriously amazing! She was (and still is) the 'cool mom' growing up. All my friends were jealous of me because I had such a cool mom. My mom is such a hard working woman. She is one of the hardest working ladies I have ever met. If there is anyone that could teach me how to create a good work habit, it would be her. My mom is so kind to everyone. She is always looking out for other people before she looks out for herself. There are so many traits I wish to take from her and so many amazing things I could say about her so I'll just end with this...

Yesterday my step brother, JT, came over and luckily he brought his cute son Thomas.

HAPPY GOLFERS

On Saturday Davis had the wonderful idea of going to the driving range! We took my mom along and it was soo much fun! The weather was beautiful. (I am so freaking excited for SUMMER!!)  I haven't golfed too much in my lifetime, but luckily my step dad, Jeff, is an amazing golfer. He has taught my mom some great stuff  and she helped Davis and I out a lot. (Davis was helping me a ton as well) I can't lie, we were bombing the balls! I can't wait to get back out the driving range and keep practicing. Hopefully D and I get out on the course a lot this summer.

I'M ALIVE

Hello everyone! I'm ALIVE! I'm so sorry that I've left my little blog hanging for so long. Life has been all over the place and I honestly haven't felt like blogging the past few weeks, but I'm back at it. Yay! Now where to start?

This cute little dog is named Casey. I seriously am in love with him. He is so gentle and calm and just straight up adorable. Davis' brother's roommate bought him last month and we've all loved playing with him.

We've been hanging out at Braden's (Davis' brother) house a lot lately and luckily we are able to bring our friends over there to hang out with us.

I am fortunate enough to be able to watch these guys while there mama goes out to do business. Their mama is my cousin Tiffani. They are such fun and easy kids to watch. Even the baby is a breeze.

JANUARY PHOTO A DAY (DAYS 1-3)

I saw this photo a day challenge on my girlfriend's blog and decided that I want to take it on. Even though I am 3 days behind, I am going to just make up for lost time and post days 1-3 right now. YAY!

Day 1-Introduce Yourself

I am Erika Ann Mouritsen, born and raised in Utah. I am 18 years young. I graduated from Orem High School in 2013. I am a dancer. I love to choreograph and teach dance. I love good food and a good movie. I am crazy in love with a boy named Davis. I currently am living life day by day and loving it. 

Day 2-Your First Love

This right here is my current and first love. He has taught me so much about life. He has helped form me into the person I am today. I am CRAZY in love with this guy and I couldn't be happier. We've been together for one year and seven months now and it's been the best time of my life. He is the greatest boyfriend a girl could ask for and I don't know how I managed to get so lucky, but I am so thankful that I did. I LOVE YOU DAVIS CHANDLER ELISON.

Day 3-Your Parents

This is my mother Shelle. She is a great mom and is always there to support me. I am so thankful for her and for everything she has done for me. She seriously is a super mom. She is married to my step dad, Jeff, who is my second dad. He is amazing and I am also thankful for him.

This is my dad Eric (and my sister Laci). He lives in Nevada and we don't get to see each other often, but I am thankful for the times I do get to see him. Even though he isn't around, he still does all he can to be a great dad.

This January photo a day is going to be fun and I can't wait to post tomorrow.

MEETING THOMAS

Yesterday I met my nephew Thomas for the first time.

He is such a stud and I love him so much!

These two cuties are named Presli and Graham. They are my second cousins. I am so excited and lucky because I am get watch this kiddos every Tuesday while their Mommy runs errands. They are the cutest kids and I am already loving spending time with them.
